Q4. What products do you offer?
A4. Our product range includes tempered glass, insulated glass, laminated glass, artistic glass, shower enclosures, custom aluminum doors/windows, wood panels, bathroom fixtures, shower heads, hardware accessories, and small machinery.

Q5. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5. Yes, the minimum order quantity for tempered glass is 50 square meters, and a glass shower enclosure needs to be ordered in a minimum of one set.

A6. We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, and other major payment options.

Q7. How can I get a quotation?
A7. Please provide details such as glass type, thickness, size, quantity, and any special processing requirements for a prompt quote.

Q10. Can I cancel or modify my order?
A10. Due to the customized nature of our products, orders enter production immediately after confirmation to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is submitted. If modifications are needed, please contact us promptly—we will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes may not always be possible.

Q11. What are the available glass thickness options?
A11. Standard thicknesses for single-pane glass are: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 15mm.

Q12. Do you offer a warranty on your glass products?
A12. Yes, our tempered glass comes with a 5-year limited warranty.

Q13. Why does shipping seem expensive?
A13. Glass is fragile and requires specialized packaging to ensure safe delivery. Each order is custom-packed by hand using protective materials such as cork buttons, corrugated cardboard, foam spacers, and fillers, and is shipped in reinforced cartons or wooden crates. These measures, along with freight considerations, contribute to the shipping cost. Nevertheless, our overall pricing—including product and shipping—remains competitive in the market.

Q14. How soon will my order ship?
A14. Most orders are shipped within 10 business days after confirmation. Once your order is placed, your order confirmation email will include estimated production and delivery timelines based on your specifications and chosen shipping method.

Q15. What is your return policy?
A15. We gladly replace items that arrive damaged or do not match your order specifications. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items received in good condition and as ordered.

A16. We provide flexible trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP to suit various logistics requirements.
